I am grateful to do work that I love. My clients tell me they benefit from their sessions, and I continue to educate myself so as to better meet their needs.

I am married to my high school sweetheart, lucky to have a wonderful 28 year old daughter, and reside in Sauquoit, NY where my wife Ann Marie and I share a massage practice called Sauquoit Therapeutic Massage. I am a former Chef, have lived in California, New Hampshire, and all over NY State. I changed careers when our daughter Maura came along. I am so happy to have a career that allows me the flexibility to be  available to my family and my clients.
